Not So Obvious Photo Editor on Mac OS X
Go under Macintosh HD, Developer, applications, then click Core Image Fun House. This fun little application isn't in your applications folder. It lets you add some pretty cool photobooth effects and unique ones to any photo you choose. Won't replace Photoshop but still it's still nice to know.
