iPhone bug causes DDoSing of Duke's Wireless LAN
Apparently a bug in the iPhone floods access points with ARP requests which knocks out Duke University's Cisco commercial-grade wireless routers. During the summer months, only 150 Apple devices are roaming campus but the effects are devastating. Apple has not responded to a support ticket opened by the university.
