Former Apple Exec, Fred Anderson, Blames Steve Jobs for Backdating
In a just released statement, former Apple finance chief and board member Fred Anderson blamed Apple CEO Steve Jobs for a backdated 2001 options grant, saying he warned Mr. Jobs it could result in an accounting charge and that Mr. Jobs had provided assurance that the company's board had previously approved the grant.
